Privacy Policy

Who this covers

This policy applies to the Rivtqx iOS app. We do not run a Rivtqx account server. Purchases go through Apple. These pages are hosted so App Store reviewers and sprayers can read the same text the app opens from Vault → Legal.

What stays on the device

Kits, wet-edge fans, groove maps, voice notes, Plaza posts you publish, favorites, blocks, reports, display name, and coin balance are stored in the app’s local files and preferences. Clearing local storage in Vault removes your kits and your posts. Sample Plaza posts from other sprayers return. Demo kits are not restored.

Permissions

• Camera — optional. Used only when you snap a still for a kit stage.
• Photo library (add only) — optional. Used when you confirm an export to Photos. Rivtqx does not browse your library.
• Microphone — optional. Records a voice note on the workbench. Rivtqx does not transcribe speech and does not send audio off the device.
• Notifications — optional. Flash-off reminders you schedule for a kit.

Purchases

Rivtqx Coins are a consumable in-app purchase. Apple processes payment. We do not receive your card number. A successful purchase credits coins on this device. Coins are not restored to a new install. Welcome coins are granted only on first install or after you clear local storage, and never reduce a higher balance.

Plaza

Plaza is a local feed. Publish copies stage photos you already keep on the bench. Reports and blocks hide cards on this device. Other sprayers on other phones do not receive your posts over a network.

What we do not collect

• No advertising identifier or App Tracking Transparency prompt.
• No analytics SDK, crash reporter, or social login.
• No account email collected by Rivtqx.

Children

Rivtqx is not directed at children under 13. Do not put a child’s photo or voice note in the app if you are not that child’s parent or guardian.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page updates. The in-app Privacy Policy button opens this same address.
